The Hygge Suite – Luxe Suite Open Concept Living Area

I wanted to create a modern Scandinavian style room, different to anything typically found in Northern Minnesota.

I used the signature blue/grey on the kitchen cabinets to modernize them. And kept the lounge area much lighter and brighter to create a contrast.

Before

The room was dated and dark. The kitchen had been updated in 2009 with good quality cabinets, so we kept them.
